In February 2021, a complaint was filed against or in reference to Mark Senofonte by a customer of Cetera Investment Services LLC alleging that Mr. Senofonte sold the client a REIT that is unsuitable based on the client’s age and financial assets. The client further alleges failure to supervise and fraudulent new account documents. Per the customer, he/she lost over $5,000 because of Mr. Senofonte’s actions.
In July 2019, a complaint was filed against or in reference to Mark Senofonte by a customer of Cetera Investment Services alleging that accounts were closed and cashed in without the client’s permission and funds were stolen/fraud. Per the customer, she lost over $75,000 because of Mr. Senofonte’s actions.
In June 2018, a complaint was filed against or in reference to Mark Senofonte by a customer of Cetera Investment Services alleging misrepresentation, suitability, and failure to supervise.
