Customer Complaints Filed Against Mark Zitzelsberger For Broker Misconduct

In December 2022, a NASD arbitration was filed against or in reference to Mark Zitzelsberger by a customer of LPL Financial LLC alleging that that investment of $25,000 in June 2012 was unsuitable. Per the customer, he/she lost over $5,000 because of Mr. Zitzelsberger’s actions. On April 5, 2023, Mr. Zitzelsberger settled the claim for $20,000, and some or all of this amount may have been paid by Mr. Zitzelsberger’s employer and/or insurance carrier.

In May 1995, a NASD arbitration was filed against or in reference to Mark Zitzelsberger by multiple customers of Centennial Financial Services, Inc. alleging that Mr. Zitzelsberger induced the clients to purchase unsuitable illiquid and highly speculative limited partnership investments through the use of inadequate and misleading disclosures and salesmanship. Per the customers, they lost over $34,000 because of Mr. Zitzelsberger’s actions. An arbitration panel found that Mark Zitzelsberger was negligent and awarded $7,000 in favor of the customers.
