Per the customer, she lost over $50,000 because of Mr. Turner’s actions. On January 7, 2022, Mr. Turner settled the claim for $11,000, and some or all of this amount may have been paid by Mr. Turner’s employer and/or insurance carrier.
In March 2020, a complaint was filed against or in reference to Aaron Turner by a customer of Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC alleging that the client received a poor investment recommendation from his advisor in December 2017. Per the customer, she lost over $13,986.31 because of Mr. Turner’s actions.
In November 2004, a complaint was filed against or in reference to Aaron Turner by a customer of American Express Financial Advisors, Inc. alleging that mr. Turner’s recommendations caused losses in the client’s account and $20,000 in fees. Per the customer, she lost over $20,000 because of Mr. Turner’s actions.
In March 1999, a complaint was filed against or in reference to Aaron Turner by a customer of American Express Financial Advisors, Inc. alleging that Mr. Turner failed to transfer the funds in the client’s IDS discovery fund and IDS flexible annuity contract. Per the customer, she lost over $10,036.06 because of Mr. Turner’s actions. On May 10, 1999, Mr. Turner settled the claim for $10,036.06, and some or all of this amount may have been paid by Mr. Turner’s employer and/or insurance carrier.
