The clients claim that they were not aware their assets would be sold and that they would be responsible for any taxes made on capital gains. There were no issues until they began to file their 2018 taxes in October of 2019. At this time, the clients realized they owed a large amount of taxes which they claim created issues with their Health Insurance. The customers stated that they asked Berrie not to do anything which would require them to pay taxes. Per the customers, they lost over $35,000 due to Berrie Beth Coble’s actions.
