On July 30, 2023, Mr. Lee settled the claim for $575,000, and some or all of this amount may have been paid by Mr. Lee’s employer and/or insurance carrier.
In August 2021, Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. terminated Mr. Lee for reusing client signatures from previously signed client forms with client knowledge.
