In March 2018, Kentucky initiated a regulatory action against or in reference to Edward Bosch for admitting to LPL and Independent Financial Partner’s staff that he deposited client funds into his personal account.

In September 2017, a complaint was filed against or in reference to Edward Bosch by a customer of Signator Investors, Inc. alleging that funds deposited may have been misappropriated and mishandled by Mr. Bosch. Per the customer, he/she lost over $5,000 because of Mr. Bosch’s actions.

In October 2016, a complaint was filed against or in reference to Edward Bosch by a customer of Signator Investors, Inc. alleging that Mr. Bosch misrepresented features of a VA rider. Per the customer, he/she lost over $5,000 because of Mr. Bosch’s actions.

In October 2016, a complaint was filed against or in reference to Edward Bosch by multiple customers of LPL Financial LLC alleging that customers provided monies to Mr. Bosch intended for investment in December 2011. Unbeknownst to customers, Mr. Bosch deposited these monies into his own bank account. Over time, Mr. Bosch provided customers with purported account statements reflecting the value of their investment account, and remitted monies to them over time as purported “withdrawals” from that account. Customers requested return of net amount monies they had intended to invest and purported gains achieved, less monies received. Per the customers, they lost over $23,064.02 because of Mr. Bosch’s actions. On November 14, 2016, Mr. Bosch settled the claim for $23,064.02, and some or all of this amount may have been paid by Mr. Bosch’s employer and/or insurance carrier.

In August 2016, a complaint was filed against or in reference to Edward Bosch by a customer of LPL Financial LLC alleging misrepresentation of variable and fixed annuities On December 15, 2016, Mr. Bosch settled the claim for $26,392.30, and some or all of this amount may have been paid by Mr. Bosch’s employer and/or insurance carrier.

In June 2016, FINRA initiated a regulatory action against or in reference to Edward Bosch.  Without admitting or denying the findings, Bosch consented to the sanctions and to the entry of findings that during the course of an investigation into allegations that he converted customer funds and generated false account statements to conceal his misconduct, he refused to respond to FINRA’s request for documents and information. The findings stated that Bosch acknowledged that he received FINRA’s request and will not produce the information requested at any time.

In March 2002, a complaint was filed against or in reference to Edward Bosch by a customer of Metlife alleging that in 1990, Mr Bosch arranged for a loan against [customer] Transamerica Life Insurance Policy to fund a new Metlife Insurance Policy. The client alleges that the loan funds were sent to Mr Bosch’s office and thereafter endorsed and appropriated by him. As part of a settlement, Metlife rescinded [customer’s] insurance policy and refunded the premiums paid. Metlife was unable to substantiate the misappropriation allegations. As part of the settlement it was agreed that [customer] could pursue the issue on his own. Per the customer, he/she lost over $4,450 because of Mr. Bosch’s actions. On November 26, 2002, Mr. Bosch settled the claim for $112,872.14, and some or all of this amount may have been paid by Mr. Bosch’s employer and/or insurance carrier.

In January 2002, a complaint was filed against or in reference to Edward Bosch by a customer of Metlife alleging that the investment choice was not appropriate for the client’s needs. Per the customer, she lost over $9,676.96 because of Mr. Bosch’s actions.
