In May 2015, a FINRA arbitration was filed against or in reference to Jane Everingham by a customer of LPL Financial LLC alleging that the client’s accounts were invested unsuitably for her risk tolerance. Per the customer, she lost over $180,070.83 because of Ms. Everingham’s actions.
