The client states that Mr. Wolf did not tell her that the principal would be guaranteed only when she died. The client claims the annuity she transferred into was something other than what she was told. Per the customer, she lost over $11,634 because of Mr. Wolf’s actions. On August 4, 2009, Mr. Wolf settled the claim for $8,652.96, and some or all of this amount may have been paid by Mr. Wolf’s employer and/or insurance carrier.

In February 2007, a complaint was filed against or in reference to John Wolf by a customer of Raymond James Financial Services Inc. alleging that Mr. Wolf removed $60,000 of profit from an annuity without their permission. The client wants to be reimbursed for tax issues for selling profitable holdings. Per the customer, he/she lost over $5,400 because of Mr. Wolf’s actions.
