In November 2009, a FINRA arbitration was filed against or in reference to Kyle Wool by a customer of Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. alleging unsuitability, churning, and misrepresentation from 2006 – 2009. Per the customer, he/she lost over $2,000,000 because of Mr. Wool’s actions. On March 11, 2011, Mr. Wool settled the claim for $337,500, and some or all of this amount may have been paid by Mr. Wool’s employer and/or insurance carrier.

In June 2008, a complaint was filed against or in reference to Kyle Wool by a customer of Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. alleging that unauthorized transactions were effected in his account from February 2008 through April 2008. Per the customer, he/she lost over $438,254.87 because of Mr. Wool’s actions.

In April 2005, a complaint was filed against or in reference to Kyle Wool by a customer of Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. alleging that the client thought funds were invested for safety and use as emergency funds. The client claims that the portfolio of equities purchased in his account between 08/23/2003 and 7/1/04 was not suitable and as a result has suffered damages. Per the customer, he lost over $120,000 because of Mr. Wool’s actions.
