On April 14, 2023, Einhorn settled the claim for $4,191.64, and some or all of this amount may have been paid by Einhorn’s employer and/or insurance carrier.

In December 2022, a FINRA arbitration was filed against or in reference to Leigh Einhorn by a customer of Wells Fargo Clearing Services, LLC alleging that from 2021 through January 2022, Einhorn made unsuitable investments. The client complained that the financial advisor advised him that the risk associated with the investments was low and that he should not have recommended bonds during an inflationary period. In December 2016, a complaint was filed against or in reference to Leigh Einhorn by a customer of Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC alleging that Einhorn failed to invest rollover 401K retirement funds into a like account which has resulted in tax penalties.
