In September 2020, a FINRA arbitration was filed against or in reference to Norman Robbins by multiple customers of Summit Brokerage Services, Inc. alleging unsuitable investment recommendations, misrepresentations and omissions of material information, violations of Summit Brokerage’s policies and procedures, and violations of securities industry rules.
