In June 2023, Pruco Securities, LLC terminated Paul Lekousis for submitted non-genuine electronic client signatures on policy applications; reused a client signature page when submitting a policy form; shared his login information with another representative, his Company business partner, in violation of internal Company policy; and failed to timely report to firm management two client complaints related to his Company business partner’s conduct.
In December 2022, a complaint was filed against or in reference to Paul Lekousis by a customer of Pruco Securities, LLC alleging that Mr. Lekousis did not fully disclose all the facts regarding the churning of policies and fees. Per the customer, he/she lost over $146,268.53 because of Mr. Lekousis’s actions. On June 28, 2023, Mr. Lekousis settled the claim for $148,532.53, and some or all of this amount may have been paid by Mr. Lekousis’s employer and/or insurance carrier.
