Per the customer, he/she lost over $200,000 because of Mr. Li’s actions. On July 14, 2023, Mr. Li settled the claim for $100,000, and some or all of this amount may have been paid by Mr. Li’s employer and/or insurance carrier.

On July 14, 2023, Mr. Li settled the claim for $40,000, and some or all of this amount may have been paid by Mr. Li’s employer and/or insurance carrier.
In January 2002, a complaint was filed against or in reference to Robert Li by a customer of PSI alleging that Mr. Li invested in an aggressive fund when a customer requested that her funds be transferred to a conservative fund. Per the customer, she lost over $49,500 because of Mr. Li’s actions.
