In December 2016, felony charges were pressed against William McDonough in Orleans Parrish District Court. William McDonough received 3 felony charges for 2nd Degree Rape, 1 felony charge for 2nd Degree Kidnapping, 1 felony charge for Violation of Protective Orders, and 1 felony charge for 2nd Degree Battery.
