Per the customer, he/she lost over $100,000 because of Mr. Ginsberg’s actions. On September 16, 2021, Mr. Ginsberg settled the claim for $65,000, and some or all of this amount may have been paid by Mr. Ginsberg’s employer and/or insurance carrier.
In August 2020, a complaint was filed against or in reference to Gary Ginsberg by a customer of Royal Alliance Associates alleging that the purchase of a non-traded REIT was unsuitable. Per the customer, he/she lost over $5,000 because of Mr. Ginsberg’s actions.
