On January 19, 2022, Mr. McGuire settled the claim for $5,000, and some or all of this amount may have been paid by Mr. McGuire ’s employer and/or insurance carrier.
In April 1994, felony charges were pressed against Mr. McGuire in Superior Court of Towns County, Hiawassee, GA. Mr. McGuire received one count, felony, possession with intent to distribute controlled substance – marijuana, and plead guilty w/ first offender treatment.
