In October 2022, a FINRA arbitration was filed against or in reference to Gregory Ramirez by a customer of Claraphi Advisory Network, LLC alleging violation of FINRA suitability rules; violation of FINRA Rule 2010; breach of fiduciary duties; material misrepresentations; violation of the California Elder Abuse and Dependent Adult Civil Protection Act; and violation of the California Business & Professional Code. Per the customer, he/she lost over $150,000 because of Mr. Ramirez’s actions.

In November 2018, a FINRA arbitration was filed against or in reference to Gregory Ramirez by a customer of National Securities Corp alleging negligence, over-concentration, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, material misrepresentation, omissions and failure to supervise regarding a $25,000 investment made in 2008. Per the customer, he/she lost over $60,000 because of Mr. Ramirez’s actions.
