On December 3, 2019, Mr. Story settled the claim for $50,000, and some or all of this amount may have been paid by Mr. Story’s employer and/or insurance carrier.

In April 2006, a complaint was filed against or in reference to James Story by a customer of Mutual Service Corporation alleging unsuitable recommendations were made by the client based upon misrepresentations/omissions of material information by Mr. Story.
