In May 2021, a complaint was filed against or in reference to John Milo by a customer of Key Investment Services alleging that the November 2019 recommendation to purchase an Integrity Fixed Annuity (SPIA) in the amount of $39,458.66 was misrepresented. Per the customer, he/she lost over $5,000 because of Mr. Milo’s actions.

In August 2020, a complaint was filed against or in reference to John Milo by a customer of Key Investment Services alleging that the April 2015 recommendation to transfer a $29,732.66 Voya contract to a Delaware Life fixed annuity was unsuitable. Per the customer, she lost over $9,171.35 because of Mr. Milo’s actions.

In October 2018, a complaint was filed against or in reference to John Milo by a customer of Key Investment Services alleging that the August 2018 recommendation to purchase an Integrity Life Income source Immediate Annuity in the amount of $562,080 was misrepresented and also alleges the investment was unsuitable. Per the customer, he/she lost over $5,000 because of Mr. Milo’s actions.

In November 2005, a complaint was filed against or in reference to John Milo by a customer of Key Investment Services alleging that Mr. Milo liquidated the entire portfolio without the client’s permission. Per the customer, he/she lost over $24,788.60 because of Mr. Milo’s actions.

In March 1995, a complaint was filed against or in reference to John Milo by a customer of Pruco Securities Corporation alleging concerns regarding the charges associated with an appreciable Life Ins policy the client purchased in 1993.
