In March 2020, a FINRA arbitration was filed against or in reference to Jordan Samelson by a customer of Wells Fargo Clearing Services, LLC alleging that on or about December 2019, unauthorized trades were placed. On December 15, 2020, Mr. Samelson settled the claim for $200,000, and some or all of this amount may have been paid by Mr. Samelson’s employer and/or insurance carrier.

In November 2008, a complaint was filed against or in reference to Jordan Samelson by a customer of Banc of America Investment Services, Inc. alleging that in October of 2008, Mr. Samelson misrepresented the terms of a variable annuity and improperly handled investments in mutual funds, allegedly causing damages. Per the customer, he/she lost over $75,000 because of Mr. Samelson’s actions.

In June 2008, a complaint was filed against or in reference to Jordan Samelson by a customer of Banc of America Investment Services, Inc. alleging that Mr. Samelson misappropriated income distributions during the time period of September 2007 to December 2007.

In January 2006, a complaint was filed against or in reference to Jordan Samelson by a customer of Banc of America Investment Services, Inc. alleging that Mr. Samelson made representations that three new mutual funds (purchased in August and September 2005) would pay 9% dividends of which one has not paid any dividends.
