In December 2014, Arkansas initiated a regulatory action against or in reference to Leonid Yurovsky for allegedly not being registered with the department in any capacity since his registration lapsed on June 18, 2013 and opening a joint account on behalf of Arkansas resident one (“ar1”) and Arkansas resident two (“ar2”) on March 4, 2011. The staff contends that Yurovsky engaged in excessive trading and unsuitable securities sales while acting as the agent for ar1 and ar2.

In April 2013, a complaint was filed against or in reference to Leonid Yurovsky by multiple customers of John Thomas Financial alleging unsuitability and misrepresentation.
