In March 2020, a complaint was filed against or in reference to Mary Henry by a customer of LPL Financial LLC alleging that Henry misrepresented variable annuity policy and failed to follow her investment instructions.

In July 2008, a complaint was filed against or in reference to Mary Henry by a customer of Edward Jones. The client is requesting relief from the loss taken on the sale of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac bonds that were purchased on January 8 and sold on June 8. The client states he was told to request relief on the grounds of an “unsuitable investment for an unsophisticated investor.”  Per the customer, he lost over $7,360 because of Henry’s actions.

In September 2002, a complaint was filed against or in reference to Mary Henry by multiple customers of PSI alleging that investments were unsuitable for the customers. Per the customers, they lost over $370,000 because of Henry’s actions. On July 14, 2003, Henry settled the claim for $20,000, and some or all of this amount may have been paid by Henry’s employer and/or insurance carrier.
