In January 2020, a complaint was filed against or in reference to Michael Bullis by a customer of Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. alleging variable annuity was misrepresented and unsuitable to his needs. Per the customer, he lost over $8,669.29 because of Mr. Bullis’s actions.

In September 2003, a NASD arbitration was filed against or in reference to Michael Bullis by a customer of Grattan Financial Securities, Inc. alleging that Mr. Bullis said that the product was guaranteed and that the client was placed in unsuitable investments. Per the customer, she lost over $100,000 because of Mr. Bullis’s actions. On May 2, 2005, Mr. Bullis settled the claim for $31,000, and some or all of this amount may have been paid by Mr. Bullis’s employer and/or insurance carrier.

In July 2002, a complaint was filed against or in reference to Michael Bullis by a customer of Grattan Financial Securities, Inc. alleging that the customer was placed in unsuitable investments. The initial accounts were opened in October, 2000. Per the customer, he/she lost over $180,000 because of Mr. Bullis’s actions. On September 11, 2003, Mr. Bullis settled the claim for $80,000, and some or all of this amount may have been paid by Mr. Bullis’s employer and/or insurance carrier.
