In May 2023, a FINRA arbitration was filed against or in reference to Peter Maller by a customer of Lincoln Financial Advisors Corporation alleging that Mr. Maller recommended an unsuitable Oil & Gas investment. Per the customer, he/she lost over $50,000 because of Mr. Maller’s actions. On October 6, 2023, Mr. Maller settled the claim for $94,911.27, and some or all of this amount may have been paid by Mr. Maller’s employer and/or insurance carrier.

In May 2023, a FINRA arbitration was filed against or in reference to Peter Maller by multiple customers of Lincoln Financial Advisors Corporation alleging that Mr. Maller recommended an unsuitable Oil & Gas investment. Per the customers, they lost over $70,000 because of Mr. Maller’s actions. On October 6, 2023, Mr. Maller settled the claim for $65,054.21, and some or all of this amount may have been paid by Mr. Maller’s employer and/or insurance carrier.

In February 2023, a FINRA arbitration was filed against or in reference to Peter Maller by multiple customers of Lincoln Financial Advisors Corporation alleging that Mr. Maller recommended an unsuitable Oil & Gas investment. Per the customers, they lost over $100,000 because of Mr. Maller’s actions. On October 6, 2023, Mr. Maller settled the claim for $110,912.62, and some or all of this amount may have been paid by Mr. Maller’s employer and/or insurance carrier.

In March 2020, a complaint was filed against or in reference to Peter Maller by a customer of Lincoln Financial Advisors alleging that an unauthorized trade was made in February 2020.

In August 2019, a FINRA arbitration was filed against or in reference to Peter Maller by a customer of Lincoln Financial Advisors alleging that Mr. Maller invested her life savings in an unsuitable and deceptive manner, specifically concentrating her assets in annuities and illiquid, non-publicly traded investments. On January 5, 2021, Mr. Maller settled the claim for $115,000, and some or all of this amount may have been paid by Mr. Maller’s employer and/or insurance carrier.

In March 2017, a complaint was filed against or in reference to Peter Maller by multiple customers of Lincoln Financial Advisors Corporation alleging that the clients were not informed the two investments purchased in May of 2015 and July of 2016 were illiquid.
