In July 2008, a complaint was filed against or in reference to Sandy Jukel by a customer of Wachovia Securities, LLC alleging that Ms. Jukel misrepresented and did not properly explain the knock-in feature of the eksportfinas 13% purchased in 2/08. Per the customer, he/she lost over $9,451 because of Ms. Jukel’s actions.
