Per the customers, they lost over $448,781.65 because of Mr. Sherer’s actions. As of this publication date, this claim remains pending.

In August 2012, a FINRA arbitration was filed against or in reference to Timothy Sherer by multiple customers of J.P. Turner & Company LLC alleging violation of California Securities Laws, violation of federal securities laws, sales of unregistered securities, misrepresentation, unsuitability, breach of fiduciary duty, common law fraud, breach of contract, and negligence. Per the customers, they lost over $354,999 because of Mr. Sherer’s actions.
