In July 2020, a FINRA arbitration was filed against or in reference to Greggory Keele by multiple customers of Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC alleging that Respondents allowed a former power of attorney to financially exploit the client by failing to hold accounts and allowing the client to direct a transfer of assets to the power of attorney’s accounts. The claimants allege breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, negligent supervision, and aiding and abetting breach of fiduciary duty. Per the customers, they lost over $147,225 because of Mr. Keele’s actions. On March 7, 2022, Mr. Keele settled the claim for $60,000, and some or all of this amount may have been paid by Mr. Keele’s employer and/or insurance carrier.
In July 2014, a FINRA arbitration was filed against or in reference to Greggory Keele by multiple customers of Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC alleging that the client’s August 2004 purchase of the Inland Western REIT was misrepresented. Per the customers, they lost over $101,818.73 because of Mr. Keele’s actions.
