In November 2011, a complaint was filed against or in reference to Thomas Glavin by a customer of Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC alleging that the client’s REIT purchased in 2006 was unsuitable. Per the customer, she lost over $5,000 because of Mr. Glavin’s actions.
