The claimants invested with the other representative after his departure from the Firm. The claimants allege that Mr. Cazier was indirectly involved. Per the customers, they lost over $15,000,000 because of Mr. Cazier’s actions. As of this publication date, this claim remains pending.

In June 2023, an AAA arbitration was filed against or in reference to Jacob Cazier by multiple customers of Wealth Navigation Advisors alleging that the clients invested approximately $19,500,000.00 in the now worthless fund.
