On November 27, 2023, Mr. Hyre settled the claim for $65,527, and some or all of this amount may have been paid by Mr. Hyre’s employer and/or insurance carrier.
In January 2005, McDonald Investments terminated James Hyre, Jr. after an internal review determined that a new account application signed by a customer was later changed and submitted by Mr. Hyre without evidence that the customer approved the changes. In addition, new account applications submitted by Mr. Hyre did not accurately reflect the source of funds.
