In May 2023, a FINRA arbitration was filed against or in reference to Jason Walsh by a customer of Network 1 Financial Securities Inc. alleging breach of fiduciary duty during December 2012 through October 2022. Per the customer, he/she lost over $3,767,261.79 because of Mr. Walsh’s actions. As of this publication date, this claim remains pending.

In January 2019, a complaint was filed against or in reference to Jason Walsh by a customer of National Securities Corporation alleging unauthorized trading related to transactions in April 2018. On January 22, 2019, Mr. Walsh settled the claim for $5,000, and some or all of this amount may have been paid by Mr. Walsh’s employer and/or insurance carrier.
