The investments would have to be liquidated at a possible loss. Per the customer, he/she lost over $41,530 because of Farley’s actions. On January 23, 2019, Farley settled the claim for $41,530, and some or all of this amount may have been paid by Farley’s employer and/or insurance carrier.
