In February 2020, a FINRA arbitration was filed against or in reference to Tracy Raynor by multiple customers of Wells Fargo Clearing Services, LLC alleging that from 2007 – 2017, Raynor committed breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty by taking investment and disbursement instructions from one co-trustee only where joint co-trustee authorization was required which benefited the one co-trustee but was detrimental to the remaindermen beneficiaries. On June 25, 2021, Raynor settled the claim for $450,000, and some or all of this amount may have been paid by Raynor’s employer and/or insurance carrier.
