On May 25, 2023, Mr. Reznik settled the claim for $27,500, and some or all of this amount may have been paid by Mr. Reznik’s employer and/or insurance carrier.

In July 2022, a FINRA arbitration was filed against or in reference to Steven Reznik by a customer of Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. alleging that Mr. Reznik recommended an unsuitable options investment strategy. Per the customer, he/she lost over $100,000 because of Mr. Reznik’s actions. On September 26, 2022, Mr. Reznik settled the claim for $20,000, and some or all of this amount may have been paid by Mr. Reznik’s employer and/or insurance carrier.

In December 2020, a FINRA arbitration was filed against or in reference to Steven Reznik by a customer of Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. alleging unsuitable investments. Per the customer, he/she lost over $500,000 because of Mr. Reznik’s actions. In October 2019, a FINRA arbitration was filed against or in reference to Steven Reznik by a customer of Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. alleging unsuitability, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, negligent misrepresentation, intentional misrepresentation, negligent supervision, hiring and retention, and breach of contract. Per the customer, he/she lost over $150,000 because of Mr. Reznik’s actions. On April 21, 2020, Mr. Reznik settled the claim for $89,000, and some or all of this amount may have been paid by Mr. Reznik’s employer and/or insurance carrier.

In September 2019, a FINRA arbitration was filed against or in reference to Steven Reznik by a customer of Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. alleging unsuitability, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, negligent misrepresentation, intentional misrepresentation, negligent supervision, hiring and retention, and breach of contract. In September 2019, a FINRA arbitration was filed against or in reference to Steven Reznik by a customer of Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. alleging overconcentration, suitability, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, negligent supervision, fraud, breach of contract, violation of the Virginia Securities Act, violation of the Florida Securities and Investor Protection Act.
